Do not buy or sell a car through these guys. You may end up with nothing, neither money nor car.

Our story:

We contacted these guys as they had our dream car (a 1959 Oldsmobile 98 convertible) in commission. We agreed on the price, and sent the money to Wally Rand (Wallace R. Rand) in Phoenix, Az. But the owner would not sell the car and Wally and Doug refused to return the money.

Now we are wondering if the car ever has been for sale and did the owner know it was for sale? And what about the rest of the cars they have for sale? If you study the pictures of their cars, you'll see that many of the pictures are taken at various parking lots or at the road side.

!!! Beware !!!

We seem to have been fleeced by a series of intentional acts of misconduct and illegality by them, that seem part of a larger overall scheme to fleece as many persons of their money as possible.

They have no registered company, they do not give you a proper address, they have voice mail on the phone, their addresses cannot be found in any phone directory, and so on......

So far we have lost US$22,000 and have no car.

Don't end up like us. Don't send these guys any money. In fact don't send money before you have a proper address and checked that the address is existing.

Note that they also use the names buyerservicesaz buyerservicessouthwest, buyerservices, and buyer's agent.

Be careful down-under, Wally/Wallace Rand is also operating on an Australian web-site trying to give the impression that he has an Australian address or the cars are in Perth or Port Hedland, Western Australia.
